Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA)

Formed in 1903, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA) is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas.  We are a national organization, with 55,000 dues-paying members in 1,150 courts (local chapters) in 45 states across the country and in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

The CDA motto is "Unity and Charity".  CDA has a place for young and old alike.  It provides an avenue to value each member throughout her life as we love, serve, and protect the dignity of all life.

The mission of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas strive to embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, quality, and the advancement of human rights, and human dignity for all.
