Catholic Daughters of the Americas
Catholic women united in faith, service, justice, and charity.
Formed in 1903, the Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA) is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas. It is a national organization with courts, or local chapters, across the United States and its territories, as well as Mexico.
The CDA motto is “Unity and Charity.” CDA has a place for women of every generation and provides an avenue to value each member throughout her life as members love, serve, and protect the dignity of all life.
The mission of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas is to embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality, human rights, and human dignity for all.
