Legion of Mary
Serve Christ and neighbor under the leadership and example of Mary Immaculate.
The Legion of Mary is a lay apostolic association of Catholics who, with the sanction of the Church and under the leadership of Mary Immaculate, Mediatrix of All Graces, serve the Church and their neighbors on a voluntary basis in about 170 countries.
The first meeting of the Legion of Mary took place in Dublin, Ireland, in 1921. With the approval and support of popes, bishops, priests, and religious—and through the prayers and efforts of legionaries—the Legion has grown into a worldwide organization with several million members.
The first Praesidium in the United States was formed in New Mexico in 1931 and was composed entirely of men. The Praesidium at St. Anthony the Abbot is in honor of Our Lady Undoer of Knots.

We meet Saturday at 9:00 a.m. in the portable.
Members pray the Rosary, share a short spiritual reading and discussion, and plan their apostolic work. All men and women are invited to join.
