Parish Office Volunteers

The receptionist volunteers are the front line, greeting visitors, providing support to parishioners, non-parishioners, and the staff.  They answer phone calls, transfer calls to other ministries/staff, and take messages.  They prepare Mass Intention requests, the prayer list for public display and for pulpit announcements, along with many other ancillary assignments, as needed...all done with a joyful Christian spirit.

Volunteers work 3 to 4 hours per week.  Some training is required.  Computer and secretarial skills are necessary.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word a plus.
